By downloading, accessing, or using the NoSpoilerz mobile application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (also referred to as the End User License Agreement or "EULA"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
NoSpoilerz is a spoiler-free sports highlights application that aggregates publicly available highlight videos from YouTube and schedule data from ESPN. We do not host, store, or claim ownership of any video content. All video playback is powered by the YouTube embedded player in accordance with the YouTube Terms of Service.
NoSpoilerz uses the YouTube API Services to surface highlight videos. By using NoSpoilerz, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's Privacy Policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can revoke NoSpoilerz's access to your Google account data at any time via Google security settings.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. Certain features involving sports fantasy or wagering affiliate content are intended for users 18 years of age or older.
You may use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content; use automated tools to scrape data; circumvent any technical measures; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
NoSpoilerz offers optional subscription plans:
Fan — $2.99/month or $24.99/year. Includes ad-free feed, unlimited favorite teams in LockerRoom, per-team push notifications, Spoiler Shield Standings, sport-by-sport Spoilerz Picks record, and everything in Free.
Founders — $39.99 every 2 years. Includes everything in Fan, plus a Founders Badge on your profile, early access to new features, a direct line to the team, and locked-in renewal pricing. Limited to the first 1,000 members.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time: on iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android, open the Google Play Store → Subscriptions. No refunds will be granted for any unused portion of a subscription period. Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
In addition to these Terms, all purchases made through the Apple App Store are also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. All purchases made through Google Play are also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.
The NoSpoilerz name, logo, and application design are the property of NoSpoilerz. All video content is the property of its respective owners and streamed via YouTube's official player.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites including sports fantasy platforms and merchandise retailers. Affiliate relationships may result in compensation to NoSpoilerz when you make purchases through these links.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoSpoilerz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@nospoilerz.com. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Note that cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account data.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
