NoSpoilerz ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (available on iOS and Android) and website (collectively, the "Service").
We may collect the following types of information: account information you provide (such as name, email, and password when you register); usage data (such as games viewed, features used, and interactions with the Service); device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers); and log data (IP address, browser type, access times). The Service uses YouTube API Services to display highlight videos. Google's Privacy Policy applies at policies.google.com/privacy.
We use the information we collect to: provide and maintain the Service; personalize your highlights feed; send notifications and support communications; analyze usage patterns to improve features; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (such as analytics, payment processing, and cloud infrastructure) strictly to operate the Service, all contractually bound to confidentiality.
NoSpoilerz may include affiliate links to third-party services such as sports fantasy platforms, streaming services, and merchandise retailers. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, NoSpoilerz may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. These third-party services have their own privacy policies governing the data they collect when you visit their sites; we have no control over and accept no responsibility for those practices.
NoSpoilerz uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. On first launch, you will be asked whether to allow the app to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. If you grant permission, we may use your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) to deliver personalized advertising via Google AdMob. If you do not grant permission, you will continue to see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your IDFA. You can change this permission at any time in your device's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Ads displayed inside YouTube videos are served by YouTube and are governed by Google's policies.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at info@nospoilerz.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; opt out of marketing communications; request a portable copy of your data; know what personal information is collected (CCPA); request deletion of personal information (CCPA); be free from discrimination for exercising your rights; or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (GDPR). The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and secure server infrastructure. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.
NoSpoilerz uses the YouTube API Services to surface highlight videos. By using NoSpoilerz, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's Privacy Policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can revoke NoSpoilerz's access to your Google account data at any time via Google Security Settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
